For Dr. Elfrey, everything he does as a physician revolves around the care of his patients.

He firmly believes that better understanding his patients leads to better care, so his goal is to provide an open, welcoming environment that fosters conversations about health and wellness. He specializes in preventative medicine, cardiovascular disease prevention, men’s health, weight management, diabetes management, and hypertension.

Dr. Elfrey is a certified member of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his residency and internship at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He became a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and received his undergraduate degree at Loyola College. Previously, Dr. Elfrey served as a Primary Care Physician at Ascension St. Agnes Hospital and was a partner at Park Medical Associates.

In his free time, Dr. Elfrey loves spending time with his wife as well as coaching his kids’ sports teams. He also enjoys hiking and backpacking, playing soccer, and traveling.
